Any discussion of catchy restaurant slogans would be remiss without a mention of Atlanta-based Hooters’ timeless "Delightfully tacky, yet unrefined” and even the more-recent classic “Life is short. Stay awake for it,” from Minneapolis-based Caribou Coffee. But strokes of marketing genius, of course, aren’t limited to national chains. Here, a collection of lesser-known greats.
