R&I is once again compiling its annual ranking of the Top 400 Chain Restaurants by food-and-beverage sales. If your chain had 2008 F&B sales of more than $25 million, you may qualify for this year's list.
Chains, for the purpose of this report, are defined as foodservice concepts with five or more units operating under a single brand name, such as Burger King. If your operation runs several different concepts, fill out a separate form for each concept.
Please complete the form and return by email to kelly.killian@reedbusiness.com or by fax to 630-288-8225 by May 22.
