  • Friendly’s Express: Menu favorites from Wilbraham, Mass.-based Friendly’s will be featured at the Express concept, expected to open its first unit soon in Mansfield, Mass.

  • Uno Due Go: Boston-based Uno Chicago Grill has two Uno Due Go units open in Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. The menu focuses on freshly made, more-healthful selections, including all-natural flatbreads and under-550-calorie wraps.

  • Denny’s Fresh Express: Housed within existing locations of Spartanburg, S.C.-based Denny’s, Fresh Express offers breakfast, lunch and snack items and free WiFi. Three units are open in Texas.
