STRENGTHS: Not surprisingly, the take-and-bake chain takes category honors when it comes to convenience, which rates very high with matures and single adults. Papa Murphy’s menu variety gets its strongest vote from consumers ages 26 or younger. Matures give the highest value rating.
WEAKNESS: Millennials offer its lowest rating for atmosphere.

WEAKNESS: CiCi’s food-quality rating takes a dip with Gen X customers.
