Additionally, the chain named three new regional operations directors: Maureen Miller (Southeast); Joel Griffiths (South Texas); and Carlos Rodriguez (Southwest). … Vicorp Restaurants Inc., Denver-based operator of the Village Inn and Bakers Square chains, appointed Hazem Ouf as president and CEO.
