- Manitowoc, Wis.-based foodservice- and construction-equipment manufacturer The Manitowoc Company, Inc., will acquire New Port Richey, Fla.-based foodservice-equipment manufacturer Enodis PLC for $2.7 billion.
In other Enodis news, Gary Dykstra (shown) was named president of Lincoln Foodservice Products, LLC; Michael Aguirre was appointed sales manager, Eastern region, for Cleveland Range; and Dennis Ball was named vice president of business development, Enodis USA.- Siloam Springs, Ark.-based Allens, Inc., congratulates Don Damerow of Ground Round on winning its No Beans About It bean-guessing contest held during the 2008 NRA show.
