Designed to drive traffic among local residents and also draw hotel guests, the promotion is proving to be a hit, says Lisa Adelman, public relations and marketing manager. From 7 p.m. until 2 a.m., customers can sip an array of cocktails (priced at $12 to $14) featuring premium vodka infused in-house with organic fruit.

Among the choices are Le Bar's Coco Pineapple Infusion with coconut vodka, fresh pineapple and simple syrup; Citrus Infusion with orange, lime, lemon and grapefruit; and Kiwi Plum Infusion with plum vodka and fresh kiwi.

Along with the cocktails, the hotel unveiled a new menu of bar appetizers. Besides trendy mini beef and tuna burgers, offerings include organic vegetable crudité with pita bread, tapenade, hummus and cumin yogurt; almond-crusted Brie with cardamom-spiced apple chutney; and smoked-salmon quesadillas with cilantro, tomatoes and citrus cream.
