Closing Time
January 31, 2008
As of February 1, Terroir Restaurant & Wine Bar will be closed. This journey has come to an end, but as Semisonic poetically said in the song “Closing Time”:
“Every new beginning comes from some other beginning's end.”
Cheers!
Stu

Chef Stu, I doubt you remember me, but I was a student of yours at Western Culinary Institute. My name is Andrew Mooney, and I am from Peoria, IL. I am so sorry to hear that your restaurant didn't work out. I myself would probably blame it on the Portland citizens, but that's might not be exactly fair. I hope your future ventures do well though. You were one of the best chef's I had in school, and actually a reason that I still believe that a young Midwestern kid can do something special in this business that we call the culinary arts. With all respect, Andrew Mooney
