Eric Cartwright
In his role at the University of Missouri, Cartwright manages all aspects of his team's menu development and product selection for the university's six residential dining facilities. In addition, he is responsible for all culinary training for his staff and has developed a two-year culinary mentorship program for full-time staff. Twice a year, Cartwright organizes an in-house culinary competition, keeping the chefs energized and on top of trends. He has implemented vegan menu choices at all meals and promotes the use of fresh, local products.
