Christine LaFave is an associate editor for Restaurants & Institutions. Prior to joining the R&I staff in April 2007, LaFave served as copy editor for Consumers Digest magazine in Deerfield, Ill. She also has worked for Emmis Communications-owned Country Sampler magazine and Sun-Times Media Group’s suburban Chicago newspapers. LaFave earned a degree in journalism with a concentration in political science from Indiana University in Bloomington.
