Yield: Makes 1 serving
Vodka 1 oz.
Orange-flavored liqueur 1/2 oz
Pineapple juice 1/2 oz.
Cranberry juice 1/2 oz.
Champagne, well chilled 1 oz.
Combine vodka, liqueur and juices in a cocktail shaker with crushed ice; shake vigorously and pour into a chilled martini glass. Top off with champagne and serve at once.
