Ingredients
1) 5-6 oz portion of halibut
2) Upper Crust Enterprises Authentic Panko
3) grated or shredded parmesan cheese
4) Italian spice blend
5) garlic powder
6) olive oil
7) lemon juice
Preparation Steps
Blend Upper Crust Authentic Japanese Panko with garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning blend, lemon juice and olive oil to create a coarse crumb paste Press panko mixture on top of Halibut about 1/4 inch thick crusting Bake in 350 degree oven until done and top is brown & crispy Serve with lemon wedges.
