R&I Announces 2007 Consumers' Choice in Chains Winners

Restaurants & Institutions has announced the winners of its 27th annual Consumers' Choice in Chains study. Full results will be available on Sept. 15th.

Restaurants & Institutions has announced the winners of its 27th annual Consumers' Choice in Chains study. Full results will be available on Sept. 15th.

In the study, more than 3,100 consumers rated more than 120 chain restaurants on eight customer-satisfaction attributes: food quality, menu variety, value, service, atmosphere, cleanliness, reputation and convenience. All winners will be honored in an Aug. 13 ceremony at The Ritz-Carlton Half Moon Bay Resort in Half Moon Bay, Calif.

Winners are ranked as platinum, gold or silver winners in 13 menu categories:

BURGERS:

Culver's | Platinum Winner
Red Robin Gourmet Burgers | Gold Winner
In-N-Out Burger | Silver Winner

CAFETERIA/BUFFET:

Sweet Tomatoes | Platinum Winner
Golden Corral Steak, Buffet & Bakery | Gold Winner
Ryan's Grill, Buffet & Bakery | Silver Winner

CASUAL DINING:

P.F. Chang's China Bistro | Platinum Winner
The Cheesecake Factory | Gold Winner
